Die brillanz des frühen morgens ist real genug , aber das strahlende licht , die schwebende statt wandelnde gestalt christi , der reichtum an natürlichen details im garten , sind aus andachtsgründen und sollen die meditation des mönchs anregen, der in der zelle lebte . das fresco ( 166 x. 125 zentimeter ) ist jetzt im convento di san marco , Florenz .
